2XL Home checked all the boxes for a luxury brand. Gorgeous products, great brand recognition, and a website that looked upscale at first glance. But underneath, small cracks were quietly costing them business. A customer would land on the site, explore a few categories, and suddenly hit a dead end with a 404 page. Another would reach checkout, apply an offer, and the cart wouldn't behave as expected.
